House Rules: To keep this space comfy, clean, and welcoming for all, we have a few house rules. ✔️ No parties, no events, no "just a few friends" turning into a DJ set ✔️ No smoking—not even out the window ($300 charge) ✔️ Guests only—if you booked for 3, it’s a cozy 3-person max ✔️ No shoes on carpet areas ✔️ Clean your dishes before you check out ✔️ Check-in/out times are golden unless confirmed beforehand ✔️ No pets—even if it fits in your purse ✔️ Quiet hours after 10PM—let’s keep things mellow for the neighbors ✔️ Please do not order packages or have mail sent to the apartment address. For any deliveries, kindly use a nearby pickup point or locker to ensure smooth handling. ✔️ Please return keys as instructed and send us a pic to confirm checkout ($200 charge for lost keys) Thanks for helping us keep this place amazing for everyone who stays!
